Came back this past weekend and got a lamb biryani with naan and a mango lassi. The quantity of meat has noticeably declined. There were a lot of nuts in the rice, which I expected, but it does not state that on the menu.. would be nice to declare for people with allergies.. the mango lassi was absolutely perfect and I would come just for this drink. The ground cardamom was noticeable and delectable!

Food is VERY spicy. I asked for less spice, and wow.. my boyfriend is the spicy person-and I am not. I do not like spice. HE said it was spicy! I have also tried to order online previously, and I went to pick it up-and he was just opening (even though the hours said he opened an hour before that). Food is well-prepared and well cooked. Just be aware it is spicy-even if you ask that it NOT be spicy (as I did).

I've tried 3 different dishes here and the Samosas. Masala 5/5, Samosas 5/5. Lamb biryani 5/5 . This place could easily be 5 star and have more customers if they would add more meat! I don't need a whole box of rice with bits of meat scattered. The flavors are delicious and authentic but need to add more protein if you're charging those prices for a food trailer.

The food is so delicious! Well worth a try. Love the tiki masala. Servings are generous- I often have leftovers for next day lunch.

Definitely five stars the 2nd and 3rd visit, just had to be sure before writing another review! The chicken Tiki marsala was amazing, whatever they did to fix the recipe from the first time I had it definitely did the trick! #12 Lamb Korma is one of my favorites. Lots of flavor and definitely worth trying if you're not familiar. Meat is very tender! And I must say, the way they pack to go orders is incredible! The containers are literally almost 100% spill-proof, which is hands down amazing driving over speed bumps just to get back home!

Darsa Namaste was fast, friendly, affordable and most of all, DELICIOUS!! The best Tikka Masala and Samosas I've ever had, no joke. Highly recommended! Stop here for a bite of Northern Indian cuisine, you'll be glad you did.

Drove past here the other day and saw a new truck, and was excited to see it was Indian food! Specifically, North Indian food so it's probably a little different compared to the kind more commonly seen in the Austin area. In general, we found it was a little sweeter and different options like momos (dumplings). I really enjoyed the chicken tikka masala. At first I was unsure as it's a bit sweeter than I'm used to, but grew to really like it over the 3 days that it lasted! Chicken momos were good, too, with a tasty dip to come with it. The chicken biryani was deeelicious, a little spicy too. Also a huge amount that lasted me days! Naan offerings were limited, it was on the buttery side and went well with the curry. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend it to try out. Big portions for a relatively affordable price, too, which seems to be rare nowadays...
